London Multi-Trade Technician - Maintenance & Repairs

Clarion Housing Group in London is looking for a multi-trade operative to maintain properties across London and surrounding areas. The role requires carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting and strong customer care.

You will work 40 hours per week, with a base salary of £34,359-£42,759 per year, plus a £125 monthly London weighting allowance, company vehicle, potential overtime, and a bonus scheme. A valid UK driving licence and basic DBS clearance are required.
