London In-House Commercial Counsel - IT & Contracts

Schroders seeks an in-house commercial lawyer in London to join the Corporate Legal team. The role requires a qualified lawyer with 3+ PQE and strong drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills for commercial contracts.

You will liaise closely with internal clients and external counterparties, support on corporate transactions, and contribute to process improvements while supervising trainee lawyers and paralegals.
