Capel Manor College is seeking a Horticulture Work-Based Assessor to support learners achieving horticulture qualifications within their workplaces across London. The role involves mentoring, coaching, conducting workplace visits, and providing constructive feedback while maintaining progress records.

You will support learners to demonstrate competence in operating horticultural equipment, plant health, soft landscaping, and compliance with biosecurity and invasive species legislation.
