La Nouvelle Garde is opening a vibrant French brasserie in Chelsea and seeks high-energy pastry talent to join the team on the floor, in the kitchen, pastry, or at the bar.

The Pastry production role focuses on daily pastry production, leadership of pastry commis, and contributing to seasonal desserts, with a competitive hourly rate of £16/hour (inclusive of Tronc) and opportunities for progression as new openings come.
