London-based Talent Operations Coordinator, EMEA

Cognition is hiring a Talent Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region. You'll manage scheduling and interview logistics across time zones, host candidates onsite, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process smooth and responsive.

You'll own our Ashby ATS data and help ensure the hiring pipeline stays clean while supporting team events and meetings. London-based, in-person work is required, five days a week.
