Proactive Global is seeking a Relationship Manager - 3PL within its Permanent Recruitment division to nurture long-term client partnerships and drive permanent hiring solutions. You will bridge clients with Talent Attraction teams, ensuring delivery of qualified candidates across professional and technical roles.

You will collaborate with clients to capture role requirements, provide market insights, and lead delivery to meet KPIs and SLAs, while identifying opportunities for account growth and
