London-Based Senior Global Funds Counsel

LaSalle is seeking a Vice President, Legal Counsel for the Global Funds Team based in London. The role supports product development, fund structuring and investor onboarding across global fund products, working closely with Marketing, IR, tax teams and external counsel.

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years' funds experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven project management skills to drive complex fund launches and ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
