London-Based European Compensation & Rewards Strategist

Mondrian Alpha, a global hedge fund expanding its presence in Europe, seeks a Compensation Specialist to be based in the firm's London office.

Reporting to the Global Head of Rewards and supported by a seasoned HR team, you will own rewards, compensation and benefits operations across Europe and drive centralised cyclical processes.

A base salary up to £100k with a large bonus component and a sign-on bonus, along with fantastic benefits.
