The role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of materials by accurately picking, handling, and supplying parts to the production line, as well as maintaining stock accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be committed to meeting performance and attendance expectations while working safely and efficiently as part of the team. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (manufacturing environment desirable). Good understanding of stock control and inventory management processes. Ability to follow standard operating procedures with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong team player with good communication skills. Physically fit to meet the demands of manual handling and warehouse operations. Flexible and adaptable approach to workload and shift patterns.
