• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in sustainability roles, ideally within Supply Chain Management and an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Proven ability to manage supply chain processes and implement sustainability initiatives.
• Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to identify key issues and create data-driven strategies for improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ESG regulations and sustainable logistics technologies.
