YOUR TASKS

• Creating an understanding of customer needs and gathering relevant data/market insights;
• Working closely with stakeholders to determine priorities and develop a roadmap (project plan);
• Applying scientific and mathematical engineering principles to build a more efficient infrastructure;
• Making translations between customer needs, warehouse operations, and processes;
• Creating policies, procedures, and work instructions for new/optimized logistic concepts;
• Continuously monitoring the market to identify new opportunities and gain competitive advantages;
• Collaborating with a team of talented Engineers and reporting to the Manager Logistics Engineering.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Technical Business Administration, or Engineering;
• Proven experience with logistics automation projects, particularly with systems such as shuttles, pallet handling, or highbay storage;
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong drive to support both customer and team success;
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for various stakeholders;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities, able to engage and motivate colleagues across different levels;
• Highly analytical, with experience in data-driven decision-making and translating market insights into practical improvements;
• Experienced project manager, confident in managing multiple concurrent initiatives under tight deadlines.
