Logistics Customer Service & Admin Coordinator

Warrens, part of Culina Group, is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a full-time role in Rugby. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle order queries, process returns, and support teams with administration as needed.

Working hours are 9am-5pm across any 5 days in a 7-day period. The role requires strong communication, good MS Office skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy logistics environment.
