Logistics and 3PL Manager

Our global client based near Hayes is looking for a Operations (Logistics & Warehouse) Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract. The role is looking to start in November, with 3 days a week onsite presence required and 2 days working from home.

• Manage strategic partnerships with key logistics and 3PL providers, including leading quarterly and annual performance reviews to ensure alignment with service level agreements and business objectives.
• Manage the inbound and outbound logistics, brokerage, customs, 3PL and distribution functions to ensure goods are at the right place at the right time at the lowest possible cost.
• Responsibility for the management of inbound and outbound freight across a number of manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Working closely with all cross-functional disciplines to identify and resolve logistics needs/opportunities and their impact on the entire supply chain, managing stakeholder's expectations and ensuring the logistics operation delivers on its promises.
