Locum Residential Property Solicitor Role

A well-established law firm in Plymouth is seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor to provide holiday cover from 11th to 20th May.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced locum to step into a busy and supportive team, handling an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of residential property files
• Handling transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
• Dealing with clients, agents and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
• Providing cover for ongoing matters during a period of annual leave

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Available for the full duration of the assignment

The Assignment:

• Office-based in Plymouth
• Cover required from 11th to 20th May
• Competitive hourly/day rate
