Locum Residential Property Lawyer - South West - 3 months initial

Venn Group's specialist legal team are recruiting for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the South West on a locum basis. This is a full-time position for an initial duration of 6 months, subject to potential extension thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full property caseload with minimal supervision.
• Deal with acquisitions (freehold and leasehold) and manage the full conveyancing process from initial contract to registration at the Land Registry.

Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive).
• Experience of working within the public sector or with public sector clients would be advantageous.

Details

• Office attendance is required, likely at least once per month to meet business needs.
• Daily rate of £320 via umbrella company.
• Location: South West to support a Local Authority.
• Contract type: locum with potential extension beyond an initial period.
