Job Description
PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (LOCUM), 4 PQE, ESSEX, £EXCELLENT. A well established law firm in Essex is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to assist its team throughout the peak summer months. JOB REF: 4324
•Responsibilities include drafting and preparing Wills, administering estates and handling applications for Grants of Representation, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, and managing Court of Protection applications.
•The appointed solicitor will be responsible for managing client matters from inception to completion, supervising support staff, and overseeing the financial management of client files, including obtaining monies on account and ensuring timely billing.
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE and experience dealing with the full remit of private client matters.
•You will be able to hit the ground running, managing cases at different stages of the process and driving progress throughout the assignment while providing tailored solutions that address clients' needs.
