LOCUM PRACTICE NURSE LEEDS GP SURGERY FLEXI HOURS £28ph in Leeds

Practice Nurse £28.00 /hour at Dream Medical Limited - Leeds. The practice is looking for a nurse to work on a rota basis with flexible hours covering Monday - Friday sessions ranging from 08:30 - 17:00 to 12:00 - 20:00. You will work as part of a team alongside GP's, nurses and healthcare assistants.

• Up to date in baby immunisations and vaccinations
• Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management
• Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
