Job Description
Practice Nurse - Headingley, Leeds 
Dream Medical is looking for a Qualified Practice Nurse to work on going shifts at a GP Surgery in Headingley.
Role: Locum Practice Nurse covering up to 24 hours a week (can increase).
Key Responsibilities- Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
- Simple dressings
- Chronic disease management
- Cervical cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes care
- NHS health checks
- Health promotion and weight loss advice
- Smoking cessation
- Work with GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent patient care
- Qualified Practice Nurse (UK)
- Experience with the above responsibilities
- Genuine team player attitude
- Reputable locum experience (optional)
- Good communication skills
