Locum Practice Nurse: Chronic Disease Care & Immunisations

Locum Ready is seeking a Practice Nurse to work for a GP practice in Leamington Spa. You will conduct chronic disease reviews, treatment room procedures and routine nursing clinics in a structured primary care setting.

You will support high-quality patient care through preventive health work, recalls, immunisations (if trained) and clear documentation in the clinical system; regular or ad-hoc sessions with long-term bookings offered.
