Practice Nurse - Cambridge

Dream Medical is looking for a Qualified Practice Nurse to work on going shifts at a GP Surgery in Cambridge. The role allows up to 32 hours a week, with the option to increase, and involves working alongside GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent patient care.

• Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
• Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
• Simple dressings
• Chronic disease management
• Cervical cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes care
• NHS health checks
• Health promotion and weight loss advice
• Smoking cessation support
