Locum GP

Background

We are working with a friendly, well-established training practice in the Mid Devon area, within easy reach of Exeter and the M5. They are looking for locum GP support for key dates in the Christmas holiday period, with potential ad hoc dates ongoing. These are ad hoc sessions with no duty commitment. They suit a locum who wants a well-organised day in a supportive, semi-rural setting.

Friendly, semi-rural GP training practice

Rated Good by the CQC SystmOneModern, purpose-built premises with on-site parking

Experienced team including GP partners, a Nurse Practitioner, practice nurses, HCAs and a clinical pharmacist

Wider PCN support from social prescribers, first contact physio and mental health practitioners

Your role

Initial dates - 23rd, 24th and 29th December8.30am - 6pm15-minute appointments12 patients per sessionMornings may include one home visit or two extra urgent appointmentsMainly self-generated admin. Helpwith prescription signing is appreciated if time allowsFlexible lunch

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and be registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
