Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Midlands - Up to £60 per hour umbrella - Remote Working - Initial 3-6+ months
The RolePosition: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer
Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella
Duration: Initial 3-6 months with the possibility for extension
Location: Remote working, occasional office attendance is desirable
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of contracts and agreements
- Advising on procurement strategy, compliance and risk mitigation
- Supporting governance and statutory compliance
- Drafting and negotiating JCT/NEC contracts, collateral warranties and guarantees
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a strong background in Commercial Contracts
- Previous Local Government or Public Sector experience is essential
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimum supervision
