Local Plan Delivery & Policy Lead

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting for a Planning Policy Officer to lead the Local Plan from site allocations to delivery, coordinating with landowners, developers and internal colleagues to ensure infrastructure is in place. You will guide policy development, assess major proposals and provide support across the Planning Department as needed.
