Local Care Recruiter & Community Engagement Lead

Cera is seeking a Local Recruiter to support our local recruitment efforts across care branches. You will build relationships in the community to raise brand awareness and help more people start careers in care.

The role supports the high-volume Carer Acquisition team and involves occasional travel to branches and events, working part-time 20 hours per week with a salary of £13,450 per annum.
