Lobby Sous Chef - Elevate Luxury Dining

The Peninsula London is seeking a Sous Chef for the Lobby kitchen brigade, responsible for delivering a premium guest experience and high-quality menu in our luxury lobby. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with a high-service team.

You will supervise CDPs, Demi, and Commis Chefs, ensure strict hygiene, follow recipes and worksheets, and manage costings and stock while training the team in a 5 hotel environment in London.
