Salary, Hours and Location

Salary: £13.30 per hour plus Veolia benefits.

Hours: 37 Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (2:30 pm finish on Friday).

Base Location: Oswestry, Shropshire, SY10 8GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective and efficient collection service of recycling to the residents of Shropshire.
• Collect recycling and refuse waste from domestic properties, from containers of various sizes.
• Ensure that residential areas and highways are left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleared before leaving the area.
• Ensure all relevant information is filled in and returned to the main office, including the use of a tablet device to enable live data reporting to Shropshire Council and the Veolia Office.

• Customer service oriented and enjoys working outside.
• Basic IT skills - able to use a tablet device.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks.
