What will I be doing?

You will support the safe and efficient collection of household recycling and waste, ensuring excellent service for local residents. This includes:

• Loading collection vehicles and handling recycling and waste materials safely
• Working collaboratively with your crew to complete daily routes
• Providing a friendly, professional service to the public
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and environmental standards

What are the requirements?

• Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances as part of the role
• Reliable, safety conscious and a strong team player
• Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Experience in the waste or recycling sector is helpful but not essential
• Training will be provided, including working safely with waste collection vehicles
