Job Description
Customer Support 
Location: Northampton. Working across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
Hours: 28 hours per week, including Saturdays. Flexible working arrangements are supported; any changes to hours will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Salary: £20,960 per annum, increasing to £21,560 after 6 months.
Responsibilities- Provide face to face support to customers at branch level.
- Handle everyday banking tasks while offering reassurance, guidance, and practical support.
- Assist customers through important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, and vulnerability situations.
- Promote and support digital banking services, encouraging independent use of online and mobile platforms.
- Recognise opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
- Gather and deliver customer feedback to improve experience.
- Progress into other roles across the Group, such as telephone, online, web chat, video or social media support.
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with honesty, empathy and a genuine desire to help people manage their finances.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and to go above and beyond for customers.
- Teamwork: collaborate closely with colleagues to meet customers' needs.
- Previous financial services experience not required; training provided.
