Responsibilities
  • Provide face to face support to customers in Lloyds and Halifax branches.
  • Handle everyday banking tasks and offer reassurance, guidance and practical support for important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns and supporting vulnerable customers.
  • Promote and support digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
  • Recognise opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
  • Adapting to different customer needs and maintaining calm under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - honest, genuine, and caring about helping people with their finances.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and give customers a fantastic experience.
  • Passion for empathy, acting with care and integrity, and taking time to resolve queries.
  • Commitment to deliver on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
  • Genuine teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
