Responsibilities- Provide face to face support to customers in Lloyds and Halifax branches.
- Handle everyday banking tasks and offer reassurance, guidance and practical support for important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns and supporting vulnerable customers.
- Promote and support digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
- Recognise opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
- Adapting to different customer needs and maintaining calm under pressure.
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills - honest, genuine, and caring about helping people with their finances.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and give customers a fantastic experience.
- Passion for empathy, acting with care and integrity, and taking time to resolve queries.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
- Genuine teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
