Live-Site Assistant Manager: Refurbishment (40wks)

Bimplus is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a live refurbishment project in Bristol (BS2). The role starts on 24/08 and runs for about 40 weeks on a live site with vulnerable tenants requiring a DBS check; DBS can be arranged if not held. You'll need refurbishment experience, familiarity with compliance paperwork, and good client-facing skills.

Tickets required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness. Salary paid weekly via CIS.
