Live Refurbishment Site Manager - Client Facing Lead (Care)

Site Manager required for a Monday 24/08 start in Bristol/BS2 - this is a live site refurbishment on a sheltered accommodation building managed by the main contractor. DBS required; a check can be arranged if needed.

You will work closely with the client and project teams to drive delivery in a sensitive live environment. Applicants should have refurbishment experience on live sites (care homes or sheltered accommodation) and hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid/Fire Marshall, and Asbestos Awareness
