Live-In Support Worker (Wales) - 2 On/2 Off, 1:1 Care

Active Care Group seeks a Live-In Support Worker in Wales to provide one-to-one in-home care. You will live with a client during assignments, delivering personalised support and building trust, independence and confidence.
