Live-In Residential Community Development Manager

FirstPort in Brooklands, Sale, Cheshire is seeking a Residential Development Manager (Ref 26193) to oversee a developing community. The role is a full-time, 35-hour week with a live-in, rent-free accommodation provision.

You will lead daily safety checks, manage contractor works, support resident engagement through a Residents Association, and coordinate with local authorities and health partners. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
