Live-In Junior Sous Chef: Lead in Busy Hotel Kitchen

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef for a luxury 4 hotel in the Daventry area. You will work under a Head Chef in a busy kitchen and help run a brigade across restaurant, functions and banqueting.

Live-in accommodation is available. You will manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence and mentor junior chefs while preparing meals from fresh produce.
