Live-In Chef: BBQ Kitchen, Seaside Resort

Seal Bay Resort in Selsey, part of the Cove UK family, is hiring a Chef for Smokey's BBQ Kitchen on a seasonal basis. The role offers full or part-time hours, weekend and holiday work, and opportunities to develop in a lively hospitality team by the sea.

You will report to Head/Sous Chef, follow food specifications, maintain high hygiene standards and help prepare menu dishes while managing portions and stock.
