Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with an established and supportive law firm, based in Warwickshire , which is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. Role: Litigation Solicitor

Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000

PQE: 3 years +

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external organisations.
• Support and mentor junior support staff.
• Contribute to business development and departmental growth.

Key Requirements

• Be a qualified solicitor (in England and Wales) with 3 or years' PQE in litigation.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• A professional, approachable manner and a genuine commitment to teamwork.
