A Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE is sought by a well respected legal firm in Gloucestershire, offering a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience. This full time, permanent position involves managing a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion, covering a broad spectrum of contentious matters. Working alongside experienced colleagues, the successful candidate will advise clients directly and contribute to business development and client relationship management. Commercially minded and ambitious, the role suits someone ready to take ownership of their work within a supportive environment.
Litigation Solicitor / 2+ PQE / Gloucestershire / £45-55,000 DOE / A well respected legal firm is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.
OVERVIEW- This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward thinking firm.
- During your role there you will work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.
- You will also play an active role in the development of the business and client relationship management.
- You will be managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:
- Contentious probate.
- Contracts disputes.
- Property disputes.
- TOLATA claims.
- Company and shareholder disputes.
- Employment disputes.
- The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has at least 2 years' experience handling litigation matters.
- You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of litigation matters is also required.
- Excellent communication and client facing skills.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
