Litigation Solicitor (Commercial & Civil Litigation), Essex - NQ-2 years - An established and expanding Essex law firm is looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to develop their career within a supportive team handling a varied and high-quality caseload. JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor (Commercial & Civil Litigation)
PQE: NQ-2 years PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £DOE
THE ROLE
You'll advise a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes, professional negligence, TOLATA claims, neighbour disputes, contentious probate and general commercial and civil litigation matters. As the appointed Litigation Solicitor you will be managing
You'll have responsibility for managing your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters, providing excellent opportunities for continued learning and progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
• Experience in commercial and/or civil litigation (NQs with a substantial litigation seat will also be considered for this role)
• Experience managing or assisting with a varied litigation caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to problem solving
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
