LITIGATION SOLICITOR - 2+ Years PQE - Greater Manchester - Salary up to £60,000 plus flexible working options - EXPANDING LAW FIRM (Job Ref: 4076)

Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes across Manchester and the North West, including:

• Civil and commercial disputes
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Debt claims
• Contentious probate
• Boundary disputes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a Solicitor

• Proven track record in commercial and civil litigation

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong time management and independent working ability
