Experienced Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Boston, Lincolnshire Office-Based

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and growing Personal and Business Dispute Resolution team in Boston. This role is ideal for a confident, proactive, and structured individual with experience handling a mixed civil litigation caseload.

You will manage complex matters, generate new work, and maintain high-quality client service while contributing to the development and growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mixed civil litigation caseload efficiently and independently
  • Provide ongoing service to existing clients and generate new business
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and cross-referrals across the firm
  • Produce fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of time, billing, and client work
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in law and practice in your area
  • Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and financial control procedures
About You Essential
  • Experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, proactive, and structured approach
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desirable
  • Experience with SOS Connect or other case management systems
  • Familiarity with CIPHR or other HR systems
  • Previous experience generating work and converting quotations
