The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join an established and highly respected law firm to deal with a varied caseload of litigation matters. You will be managing your own caseload of litigation related matters and be able to hit the ground running with your own cases and possess the drive and ambition to further build a litigation department. Ideal Litigation Solicitors will have the ability to handle a broad range of disputes including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes.

The Candidate

You will have at least 5 years PQE in advising across the broad spectrum of litigation matters and be ambitious as well as keen to help develop a department. Ideal Litigation Solicitors be able to manage your own caseload of matters independently. You will be professional, proactive and client focused and be able to work confidently with other practice areas.
