A Litigation Solicitor is sought by a friendly Edinburgh practice to join its busy litigation team. This permanent role offers 0-2 PQE solicitors the chance to focus on family and matrimonial law while gaining exposure to broader civil disputes. Description

The Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Managing a caseload which includes family and matrimonial matters, a range of civil litigation including property, commercial and employment disputes
• Appearing in courts and tribunals, developing strong advocacy skills
• Advising clients confidently and conducting legal research on complex matters
• Working with autonomy while collaborating closely with colleagues

Profile

The Litigation Solicitor should be:

• A qualified solicitor in Scotland with 0-2 years' PQE
• Experienced or trained in litigation, ideally with some family law exposure
• Confident appearing in court or keen to build advocacy experience
• Commercially aware and capable of managing files independently
• Driven, adaptable and enthusiastic about developing across practice areas
