Requirements

The Property Litigation includes:

  • Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
  • Housing, tenancy, and long-leasehold issues
  • Recovery of debts, including outstanding rental income
  • Possession Claims - residential and commercial property
  • Recovery of outstanding service charges
  • Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
  • Breach of Covenant
  • Claims for disrepair
  • Legal / Beneficial Ownership
  • Preparation of paperwork for both the County Court and High Court.
  • Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Litigation solicitor with 2 - 6 years' relevant experience to move into a busy, warm desk with lots of business and opportunity and further training.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of Civil and Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
  • Keen to take on a busy and varied workload.
  • Hungry to succeed and gain promotion
  • Able to work alone but happy to ask for advice when necessary
