The Role:An opportunity has arisen for a well-rounded Disputes Solicitor to join a growing team and handle a varied caseload of litigation matters, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues, TOLATA claims, professional negligence, neighbour disputes, and contentious probates and inheritance claims for both individual and corporate clients. You will join an established team covering the broad spectrum of dispute resolution.
The Candidate:Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 1 year's experience managing their own caseload of litigation matters, including commercial and civil litigation. More experienced Litigation Lawyers are encouraged to apply and should demonstrate strong technical expertise across a diverse range of litigation issues. Newly qualified Solicitors who have completed a 12-month litigation seat are also encouraged to apply.
The Firm:A well-respected commercial and private client law firm with a solid reputation is looking to recruit an additional fee earner for the dispute resolution team. This is a superb opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to join a busy and dynamic team.
