Position: NQ - 4 years PQE personal injury litigation solicitor (plaintiff)
RP Crawford Solicitors Limited are looking to recruit a litigation solicitor to join our team
Location: Primarily based at 15-17 Stranmillis Road, Belfast, BT9 5AF
Salary and bonus:Extremely competitive salary which will be commensurate with experience. 35-hour work week 9:30am-5:30 am Monday-Friday. Routine wage reviews are conducted should key performance indicators be met.
- Managing a plaintiff litigation caseload of credit hire RTAs. Thereafter experience in general personal injury litigation is desirable (EL, public liability claim).
- If the applicant is a NQ it is desirable they have trained in a firm specialising in this area of law.
- Experience in using a legal case management system.
- Experience with Microsoft office suit to include excel.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will build up a plaintiff litigation caseload of 100-175 files, primarily in credit hire. There will be a blend of County Court and High Court work, and the successful applicant will receive significant training and oversight under a partner and team leader if required.
