Litigation Senior Associate (8-10+ PQE) Salary: £80,000-£105,000 + bonus Location: Harrow area Clear route to Partnership

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of complex litigation matters from instruction through to resolution, acting as a key senior fee earner within the team and a trusted adviser to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigationmatters from inception to conclusion
  • Provide strategic advice on contentious issues across a range of sectors
  • Represent clients in High Court and County Courtproceedings and through ADR (including mediation and arbitration)
  • Draft, review and negotiate key documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
  • Work closely with partners to develop commercially aligned litigation strategies
  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and trainees
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to business developmentactivity
About You (Requirements)
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 8-10+ years' PQE with strong, current UK litigationexperience
  • Demonstrable experience handling complex commercial litigation (or a strong mix of high-value contentious work)
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation tactics
  • Excellent advocacy, drafting, negotiation and case managementskills
  • Confident leading matters with minimal supervision and supporting junior colleagues
  • Background from a well-regarded private practice (or reputable in-house team) is desirable

  • Harrow area (North West London)
  • Working arrangement to be confirmed, but the firm offers a modern, professional environment with flexibility where appropriate.
