Our client is a well-established Belfast-based law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding legal services and exceptional client care. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Litigation Paralegal to join their busy Litigation team.

You'll work closely with experienced solicitors and partners, gaining invaluable hands on exposure to high quality claimant litigation while developing the technical skills and practical experience needed to progress your legal career. The Role

Working within a busy and supportive Litigation department, you'll assist in the progression of Claimant Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters from inception through to conclusion, playing an integral role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking detailed instructions from clients and providing exceptional levels of client care.
• Preparing court bundles and trial documentation.
• Reviewing and analysing medical records and other evidential documents.
• Drafting legal correspondence and court documents.
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, barristers, insurers and third parties.
• Supporting solicitors and partners with the day to day management of litigated claims.
• Managing case files accurately and ensuring court deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience working as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience handling Claimant RTA/Personal Injury matters.
• Confidence taking client instructions and managing client relationships.
• Experience preparing court bundles and reviewing medical records.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and genuine ambition to build a long term career in litigation.
