Legal Executive (PI Litigation) Location: Dublin 2. Job Type: Full-time. Join a dynamic and progressive legal practice located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, specialising in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence litigation. We are currently seeking a self-motivated senior Legal Executive to support our solicitors in managing a diverse range of cases and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support solicitors in the management of their caseloads, ensuring efficient case progression.
• Handle and deal with incoming calls from clients and third parties, providing professional assistance.
• Prepare briefs for hearings and engross pleadings.
• Liaise with barristers regarding hearing dates and schedule settlement/consultation meetings.
• Manage digital dictation and documentation related to cases.
• Utilise advanced office technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in case management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.
• Law Degree is highly desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, with a 'Can do', customer-first attitude.
• Good typing skills and proficiency in using modern office technology.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
• Extensive experience in case management.
