Litigation Lawyer (Housing)

We are looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to predominantly support the team with Housing Litigation work (disrepair, ASB injunction and possession claims) as well as being able to assist with other contentious and non-contentious legal work in the litigation team. The post involves home working, office working and attending court.

To provide legal and procedural advice and services in the most effective and efficient way to meet the requirements of the Council as a whole and specific Services and Departments.

To understand and promote the Council's aims and adopt a "can do" customer focused attitude.
