Lingerie Stylist/ Sales Assistant

Hours: 2 days per week 10am-5pm, needs to be flexible. Days on a rota basis to include Monday - Saturday. No late evenings or Sundays.

Salary: Starting from £12.71 - £13.00/hr

We are looking for a friendly, caring and enthusiastic Sales Assistant / Lingerie Stylist to join our family-run lingerie boutique.

This is a part-time position, working approximately 2-3 days per week, 10am-5pm, including Saturdays. Flexibility around working days is important, particularly during busy periods and holidays.

The role involves providing a warm, personal and professional service to every customer. You will help customers find lingerie that is comfortable, well-fitting and suited to their individual needs. Bra fitting is an important part of the role, so confidence, discretion and a caring approach are essential. Full training can be provided for the right person.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, relaxed shopping experience
• Providing knowledgeable and helpful advice on lingerie, nightwear and related products
• Carrying out professional bra fittings with care, sensitivity and discretion
• Helping customers find the right size, fit and style
• Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the boutique
• Processing sales and handling payments
• Replenishing stock and assisting with general boutique duties
• Building positive relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits

About you:

We are looking for someone who is warm, approachable, trustworthy, patient and genuinely enjoys helping people. Previous retail or customer service experience would be beneficial, although personality and a willingness to learn are equally important.

You should be confident speaking with customers, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit family business.
